Fire safety systems are a critical part of any business. Schneider Electric offer intelligent, innovative fire detection products that are user-friendly, modular, flexible, scalable and highly reliable.
The Esmi Fire Detection system grows easily with the site because of its modularity. Fire protection needs vary according to the level of protection desired, the use and purpose of the area covered, insurance company recommendations, the regulations imposed by fire and rescue officials, and the individual demands of the property owner.
Designed by ED Design, the Schneider Electric Esmi Sense FDP is like a sophisticated butler, who is always sharp dressed and eager to assist you, looking very confident about his own excellency, yet almost invisible when not needed. Today and 20 years later.
The panel fulfills the general European Norm but also various local requirements while providing unforeseen user friendliness. Use of soft keys (context sensitive functionality) and a rotary switch for navigation are examples of innovative thinking within the limits of a heavily governed domain. Latest digital printing technology enables localization to more than 20 target languages as a final production step, thus avoiding the keeping of a costly inventory.
A modular design enables incremental system upgrades. In-field feature expansion and component replacement can be done efficiently, and individual modules can be redesigned and certified. An additional benefit is the ability to isolate third party interfaces, both hardware and software – giving even further flexibility on system architecture.
To simplify the installation process, the fire detection panel is designed to allow open access to different components.
